If you're in M33 it could be as little as 5 minutes! It all depends on my availability and location. Or, if it's planned work, we'll arrange a time to suit you.
It usually takes 10 to 30 minutes to gain access or change a lock but could take longer with high security systems. Other types of work, such as repairs, could take longer depending on complexity.
There is no call out fee, and completed jobs are charged by the hour plus parts. Most jobs can be quoted before attendance, just call or send a message. Rates differ for work carried out between 8pm and 8am. No work will commence until you're happy with the price, and the price will only change in rare circumstances (for example: if a hinge can't be adjusted because of unforeseen existing internal damage). All parts provided will be competitively priced.
The vast majority of jobs are completed without damage. Where destructive methods are used as a last resort, any damage caused will not be visible on job completion.
Broken keys can be extracted and the lock fixed or replaced, depending on what caused the issue. A new key can sometimes be cut from the broken one.
